WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe that Christ is the head of His Church, and therefore every Christian is a part of His Body.
We do not believe that we are the only Christians, but we earnestly strive to be Christian only.
We attempt to speak where the Bible speaks and remain silent where the Bible is silent.
We are committed to maintaining unity in the essentials, allowing freedom in matters of opinion and demonstrating love in all things.
We are committed to the Word of God. Jesus is the "Word made flesh," "the Living Word," and we are committed to Him through His Holy Spirit.
God has inspired men to accurately reveal His will and person in the scriptures. According to His promise, the Holy Spirit lives in all Christians, assuring of salvation, convicting of sin, and helping the believer to walk by faith.
We are committed to the fulfillment of the Great Commission--"Go ye into all the world and teach the Gospel, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit" (Matthew 28:16-20).
We practice believer's baptism by immersion (Mark 16:16).
We partake of the Lord's Supper (Communion) every Sunday (1 Corinthians 11:27-28) and invite all Christians to participate.
